1. Overview

Rain Dance ("we", "us") operates a ritualistic routine generator, a private community for subscribers, and a merchandise shop. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: your email address and a display name when you register.
• Subscription data: your subscription plan and status, linked to your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
• Routine data: the rain-dance routines you generate and their completion status.
• Community data: videos you upload, comments you post, and meetups you create or RSVP to.
• Order data: for merchandise purchases, your email, shipping address, and order contents.
• Usage data: basic analytics events about how you interact with the app.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide your account, generate and store your routines, operate the Community, process and fulfill merchandise orders, manage subscriptions, communicate with you about your account, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third Parties

We use Stripe to process subscription and merchandise payments. Stripe receives your payment details and transaction information directly — we do not store your card number. Stripe's services are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy. We may also use analytics providers that receive aggregated, non-identifying usage data.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and routine data for as long as your account is active. Community content you post remains while your account exists. Order records are retained as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You can view and manage your data in the Account tab. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page by confirming the deletion flow — this removes your generated routines, community videos, comments, and sessions, and signs you out. To request export or correction of your data, contact us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including row-level access controls so members only see their own data and the private Community content they are entitled to. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, however.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
